The Top 7 Uses for Peppermint Essential Oil


   1.Relieves- occasional headaches, migraine, nausea, 
     muscle,joint discomfort  
          -roll over where it aches & the temple , back of neck  

   2.Supports Digestive System- a health gut or bowel function
      Drink 1 drop with water
   3.Boost- energy, alertness uplifting
         -diffuse it, or add 1 drop to your wrist and rub both   
         -wrist together and sniff it as need to 
   4.Food and Drinks- chocolate brownies also add 1 drop to water      or cup of coffee

   5.Refresh- breath or make it into a mouth wash

   6.Immune System- allergy, sinus & fever reducer 
        -diffuse it, or add 1 drop to your wrist and rub both   
        -wrist together and sniff it as need to

   7.Fragrant Enhancer- diffuse, use as perfume 

I make a roller bottle by adding peppermint to have ready for use. You can also add a carrier oil ( grape seed, olive oil, ect.
